Abstract Submission Instructions

Authors addressing advancement and innovation are invited to submit a one page abstract for review and possible presentation at the Symposium. Please follow the instructions and guidelines for AMTA 2026 Abstract submission.

Authors of all papers that are accepted, registered, and presented at AMTA 2026 will appear in the AMTA 2026 proceedings as well as have the option to post their paper to IEEE Xplore.

AMTA 2026 abstract submissions are managed on the AMTA website.

AMTA β€œSign In” or β€œCreate an account” Instructions

If you already have an account in AMTA, follow these instructions below.

  1. Click on the link below to create a submission. https://www.amta.org/custom/submissions
  2. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
  3. Review the submission guidelines and click on I agree with the guidelines to create a submission.
  4. Complete all the required fields on all the screens.*If required fields are missing data, you will see the missing data fields indicated with red text.
  5. Review the Abstract for accuracy. You can click on the Make Corrections button at the bottom of the review screen to change any information before submission.
  6. Click Submit Abstract on the bottom of the Review Abstract of your screen when you are ready to submit your abstract.
