Manuscript Instructions

AMTA 2026 papers are subjected to a thorough peer-review process before being published in IEEE Xplore. The Technical Coordinator and Committee will ensure that all submissions comply with IEEE standards, thus ensuring the quality of the publications. This detailed review process is integral to maintaining high academic standards. Additionally, authors must follow the templates provided for papers, posters, and presentations to ensure consistency and adherence to guidelines. Please refer to the following instructions and templates to guide you through the process of preparing your paper, poster, and presentation and submitting your paper and release forms:

Instructions for Submittal

  1. Go to the paper collection system at https://www.amta.org/custom/submissions/mySubmissions.cfm
  2. Log into your account using your username and password.
  3. Once signed in, your Dashboard will show a list of submissions that need to be completed.
  4. For each submission, click on Submit Final Paper and complete the information. When you have completed your submission and checked that the information is accurate, click Submit Final Paper to complete the submission.
